A fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 10, along with modern sofas and a large LCD TV are connected to the terrace with floor-to-ceiling glass doors providing an abundance of natural light and a stunning view of the pool and Adriatic sea in front of you. One double ensuite bedroom is on this floor, along with a sauna connected to the outdoor Jacuzzi, and a guest's toilet.
On the upper floor, there are four double luxuriously appointed ensuite bedrooms with LCD TV and each with a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and the city panorama.
