This stunning seafront property on the island of Brac is a beautiful stone villa situated only 150 meters from the center of amazing Bol. Bol is located on the southern part of the island of Brac, and it is famous windsurfing and water sports location with a unique and one of the most popular pebble beaches - Golden Horn (in Croatian: Zlatni Rat). It is also full of beautiful beaches, small coves, and a crystal clear sea.

Villa Seashell is ideally positioned, and everything is available within walking distance. This beautiful traditional stone villa is placed in the first row of the sea, and it is special for its amazing garden, full of oleanders and pine trees. In the middle of the stone terrace is the oval-shaped heated swimming pool where you can enjoy your own privacy and peaceful oasis.

Villa Seashell spreads over 200 square meters and comprises two levels - the ground floor and the first floor. Villa Seashell features 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate 8+2 guests.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, and a large living and dining area, making more than 50 square meters of open space. The living area is spacious and features a large comfortable sofa with armchairs and a flat-screen SAT TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with traditional elements and gentle beige shades that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa was designed in classic style with matching contemporary pieces, and most of the furniture is hand made and designers’ choice. In this area, there is also a separate toilet and utility room.

A wooden staircase from the lounge area leads to the first floor of Villa Seashell, where there are 4 bedrooms, two of which are master double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and stunning sea view. The other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is also one additional bathroom on this floor.

The beautiful stone terrace in front of the villa offers a lot of space to relax under the sun and refresh daily in the swimming pool. The terrace offers a sea view and features a large hardwood dining table for 10 and an outdoor shower. There is direct access to the pine immersed marble pathway leading to the famous Golden Horn beach, which is only 10 minutes walking distance. Alongside the path, there are more beautiful pebble beaches and numerous coves with crystal clear Adriatic sea.
