Methods, terms & conditions of payment:

For any accommodation unit or service listed on our website, you can submit an online inquiry via our contact form, email [email protected], or call us at +38598659496.

After receiving your inquiry, we will email you the prices, availability, details, and terms of a potential reservation.

The reservation is valid upon receipt of the deposit payment, as stated in the payment request we send you after your booking confirmation. If we don't receive the payment within three working days, we will consider your booking request canceled. You should send us a payment confirmation within 24 hours of making the payment.

The remaining reservation amount should be paid in accordance with the information provided in your payment request, within the deadline stated therein. If the remaining amount is not paid within the agreed-upon period, our agency has the right to cancel your reservation. Our agency will use the deposit payment as the cancellation fee to cover any eventual costs.

Reservation confirmation is valid upon payment of the agreed deposit, with the balance due as per the terms provided to the client in the agreement and the payment request.

The deposit payment is non-refundable if the guest cancels after making the payment or anytime before the arrival date.
The balance payment is non-refundable if the reservation is canceled within 120 days before arrival. However, depending on the accommodation unit owner, the balance payment can sometimes be partially or fully refundable. Cancellation terms will be stated in your contract.

For some accommodation units listed on our website, you can make a direct reservation by clicking the "Book Now" button below the chosen dates. In that case, your reservation will be confirmed immediately after your credit card payment is processed.

  • The credit card will be charged the total amount, as per the terms and conditions of the accepted proposal.
  • We accept the following credit cards: Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard.
  • The credit card will be charged in Euros (€). If your credit card operates in a currency other than the Euro (€), the transaction will be converted by your credit card issuer. As exchange rates and conversion charges may vary, the amount billed on your statement may differ slightly from the price displayed on our website. Private Villas of Croatia accepts no liability for any discrepancies arising from currency conversion.
  • Your personal data and credit card details are fully protected. The data transfer takes place on a secure server.
  • A refund to the credit card is granted per the conditions below:
    • The refund can be requested within 24 hours.
    • A refund will be made in the same way the payment was processed.
  • If we are unable to charge your credit card, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

Statement on Protection and Collection of Personal Data and its Use

Privatni odmor d.o.o. protects personal data by collecting only basic customer information necessary to meet business obligations. Collected customer personal data is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purposes for which it was collected. Statement of WSPay usage

Privatni odmor d.o.o. uses the WSPay system to receive online payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time credit and debit card payments, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures that both the customer and the merchant have secure card data entry and transfer, as confirmed by WSPay's PCI DSS certificate. WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol to provide the highest data entry and transfer protection standards.

Statement about the Protection of Personal Data Transfer

Data protection is under the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council, no. 2016/679- Regulation and implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation.

WSPay, as the processor of authorization and payment made by credit cards, uses personal data pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council, no. 2016/679, and the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 Regulation on the protection of data entries and transfers.

WSPay uses 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest data entry and transfer protection standards.

Personal data used for authorization and collection purposes or the performance of the contract or contract obligations is deemed to be confidential data.

WSPay does not process or use this personal data except to fulfill authorization and collection purposes.

WSPay ensures compliance with all conditions set by applicable personal data protection regulations for processors of personal data, including taking all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures, as confirmed by the PCI DSS Level 1 certificate.
