Villa Marinero Split

The magnificent Villa Marinero in Podstrana is a brand new holiday home perfect for ten guests in the vicinity of Split. Just a short drive to the center of Split and only a few minutes walking to the beach, this villa is an excellent starting point to explore the beautiful towns of Central Dalmatia and privately enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings in a contemporary estate.

Villa Marinero Split spans 300 square meters of indoor space and 150 square meters of outdoor area, accommodating up to ten guests. On three floors, there are five double en-suite bedrooms, two kitchens, two spacious living areas with flat-screen TVs, a swimming pool with outdoor dining and barbecue facilities, a sauna, and a Jacuzzi with a magnificent view on the top floor.

Upon entrance, you will find private covered parking for the guests and a room with a sauna and shower on the ground floor. From here, you can go up to the first floor using the inner staircase or an elevator that goes to all floors, which is suitable for elderly or disabled guests.

The first floor opens to a stylish, fully equipped kitchen in a lovely combination of black and wooden elements. A spacious living area features a large sofa, TV, and expansive glass doors and windows that offer a direct view of the pool terrace and garden. You can exit to the deck, featuring a beautiful pool and an alfresco dining space with a barbecue, from this area. You can spend your days enjoying the traditional Dalmatian food or relaxing in the pool during the hot summer afternoons. Cozy sunbeds around the pool and an outdoor shower guarantee maximum comfort. This floor features one guest toilet.

There are four trendy double bedrooms on the second floor, each with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. Each room is air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a lovely view of the olive trees behind the house.

The most beautiful view is definitely from the top-floor terrace with a Jacuzzi. This floor features a fifth double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a small, elegant kitchen, and a living room exiting onto a wonderful terrace with a Jacuzzi. From here, you can enjoy complete privacy and take in the view of the town's glowing lights and the sea at night.
