The first floor features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large wooden dining table for 10 alongside a spacious living area with LCD TV. The living room offers a direct exit to the terraces and the pool area. There is also a master bedroom with a bathroom and a private terrace with deck chairs ideal for that first-morning coffee overlooking the sea.
