Villa Bellezza is a spacious villa with a swimming pool in Podstrana, only 10 minutes by car from Split. This small city is an excellent starting point for exploring beautiful surrounding areas, attractions, and numerous beaches. Villa Bellezza Podstrana is ideal for large groups of friends, extended family, or even separate groups, thanks to its layout and spaciousness. On approximately 500 square meters of outdoor space, you will find a private outdoor heated swimming pool (4 x 13,5 meters) with Jacuzzi, an outdoor living area, a large outdoor dining table for twelve people with a summer kitchen, and a playground. The outdoor living area has an awning that offers you shade and privacy, and it is ideal for a sun-shaded nap or chatting with your friends over a coffee cup.

Villa Bellezza Podstrana spreads over 370 square meters and comprises three floors with multiple balconies and terraces. It has 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, a children's playground, an outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen, a meditation room, game room, and it is suitable accommodation for 16+4 guests.

The ground floor features a large living room with leather sofas, SAT-TV, and patio doors that provide an unobstructed view of the pool and scenery outside. On this floor, you will also find a fully equipped stylish kitchen. Everything from white kitchen cabinets to sleek white tiles gives this kitchen a timeless look. A game room and a playroom for smaller children are located on this floor, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and one toilet.

On the first floor, there are five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Four rooms have a southern orientation and access to large terraces with a sea view.

On the second floor, there are two rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and a meditation room with blue walls, floor cushions, and candles explicitly designed for calming the mind.

Each room has a different color theme with matching curtains and bedsheets, a balcony or terrace, and a wonderful view over the park, sea, or town.

For bookings over 7 nights, a chef and waiter for a three-course dinner are included in the price, and a maid service every morning for light cleaning and transfer from/to the Split airport.

On request and with a surcharge, we can arrange any additional services like a massage, spa treatment, babysitting, renting a car, yacht, or a sailboat, organizing excursions, etc.
