Villa Marina Shine is a newly built luxury villa set just 150 meters from the sea and approximately 300 meters from the center. Ideally positioned for a relaxing retreat in privacy and made for a family getaway, this villa guarantees an unforgettable vacation in Croatia. Marina is a small, picturesque town halfway between Split and Sibenik, offering a true Mediterranean experience with beautiful pebble beaches, restaurants with traditional Dalmatian delicacies, and a large marina for yachts.

This extraordinary holiday home is placed on an 800-square-meter plot, with 380 square meters of indoor space offering luxurious amenities over three floors. In the basement, you will be stunned by the impressively equipped private gym and sauna with a shower.

Climbing up the stairs to the ground floor, you will be greeted by a large, open space modern kitchen, a dining room, and a relaxing living area with beautiful sofas, an LCD TV with Netflix, a fireplace, and a direct exit to the sunny terrace. Enjoy your first-morning coffee in the covered lounge area on the terrace, right next to the children's playground and table tennis, ideal for the youngest guests. Alfresco dining with barbecue is a great choice for spending time with your family and friends, enjoying local food and the area's finest wines, and overlooking the sea.

An indoor heated swimming pool is in the extension of the living area and perfectly blends into this space. Enjoy swimming in complete privacy, with stunning ceiling lights above the pool offering the sense of a starry night sky, particularly magical during summer evenings. The space around the pool is reserved for lounge chairs and sunbeds.

The first floor of Villa Marina Shine comprises four ensuite bedrooms, each with an LCD TV and a terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The villa is ideal for accommodating eight guests.

Private parking is available for the guests, and a separate room with darts, a billiard table, table soccer, and a PlayStation. For larger groups, the villa can be rented with Villa Marina Aqua and Villa Marina Ruby, right next to Villa Marina Shine.
