This luxurious beachfront villa with a pool near Trogir is situated in Okrug Gornji on the island of Ciovo, only 2 km from the center of the historical town of Trogir. This charming little town is a combination of Romanesque and Renaissance architecture. It is famous for its palaces, churches, towers, and fortress and in 1997 was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The gorgeous Villa Oasis Ciovo was built in 2016, and it is ideal for large families and groups of friends. It offers an amazing sea view, and it is set only 70 meters away from the beautiful pebble beach and the promenade with restaurants, coffee shops, and a water park for children.
The lot spreads on 650 square meters and features an outdoor swimming pool of 35 square meters and an outdoor shower. Near the pool, there are sundecks and an outdoor dining table for 14 guests. An outdoor fireplace is a great feature that makes this area ideal for gatherings and eating outdoors.
