Villa Amber Rogoznica is a newly built, modern holiday home accommodating eight guests and providing complete relaxation and a homely feel. It is located in Kanica, near Rogoznica, a beautiful and picturesque Heart of Dalmatia. Rogoznica has a unique, 54 km long coastline with beautiful beaches and it is the safest harbor on the Adriatic.
Friendly people, a relaxing atmosphere, beautiful nature, and an azure blue sea are what you will find in Kanica. This small town is ideal for family and friends getting together and enjoying their summer getaway.
Arriving at Villa Amber Rogoznica you will immediately recognize a contemporary design enclosed by nature's greenery, completely fenced. A beautiful terrace comprises a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi in the corner, a lovely summer terrace with a barbecue, sun loungers, and a sitting area for alfresco dining.
Moving inside through the sliding glass doors directly from the terrace, you will be greeted by a spacious open plan interior with large sofas and LCD TV, perfect for an afternoon siesta, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. A double bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a sea view is on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three more double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms feature a lovely terrace with magical sea views.
A special feature of the villa is definitely the rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and sundeck chairs, making this area an ideal privacy oasis where you will enjoy equally in the early morning and evening, overlooking the bay.

The owners of Villa Amber Rogoznica were very friendly, helpful, and ready to solve any issue directly. The day of our arrival they prepared some delicious snacks and on our day of departure gave us a little gift. We recommend this facility to anyone, and we’ll certainly try and return.
