Villa Lavish provides a true Mediterranean living by the sea, with its location above the lovely beach and the sea visible from the terraces. Villa comprises a large heated infinity pool, outdoor dining area with barbecue, gym, sauna, a fully equipped kitchen, and four en-suite double bedrooms, ideal for 8 guests.

The entrance to this estate is from the top level, where you can use the private parking reserved for the guests. Going one level down through the indoor staircase, you will be amazed by the modern, open-plan kitchen and living room with LCD TV. A large terrace extending from the living area will enchant you with the sea view equally beautiful in the morning and evening. Enjoy your first-morning coffee in serenity or a glass of fine wine with a magnificent sunset in the distance.

One level below is a small private gym with a sauna and four en-suite contemporary bedrooms. Each bedroom has an exit to the terrace and sunbeds with a sea view. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and feature LCD TVs.

A few steps from the terraces lead to the infinity pool with sun loungers and an amazing view. Next to the pool, you can either catch the sun or enjoy the shade on the hot summer days.
