It is ideal for exploring the surrounding islands and the magical history of the historic town of Trogir, only 2,5 km away from the villa. Trogir is famous for its palaces, churches, towers, and fortress and, in 1997, was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List. This outstanding villa with a contemporary design is a perfect combination of elegance and comfort.

Villa Luxe Ciovo 2 is located in the second row of the sea, only 25 meters from a pebble beach. Surrounded by stone-walled courtyards, the villa overlooks the stunning mountain and sensational sparkling Adriatic sea.

Impressive Villa Luxe Ciovo 2 spreads over 300 square meters, and it consists of four levels: basement, ground, first floor, and high attic. It offers six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, wellness zone, and it is suitable accommodation for 11 guests.

The basement comprises a recreational area with a gym, sauna, indoor heated swimming pool, and an entertainment room. A heated pool is an appealing choice when desiring a vacation out of season when the water temperature may be cooler, or when you need some more privacy.

The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a corner sofa, LCD TV, and patio doors that emphasize amazing views and link the inside area to the outside. You will also find two bedrooms with double beds and a private bathroom with a shower on this floor. The soothing colors of bedroom walls offer a cozy and romantic touch with plenty of natural light. One of the rooms has access to the paved terrace with a swimming pool.
