Villa Marina Ruby is a luxurious, contemporary private villa in the picturesque town of Marina, set just 150 meters from the beach and only 300 meters from the town center. The beautiful area is famous for its pebble beaches, ideal for families with kids, a secure marina for yachts, and many local restaurants along the coast offering traditional delicacies. The proximity of the historical cities of Šibenik, Trogir, and Split makes it easy to reach any of them and explore their beauty.

Villa Marina Ruby is one of the three unique villas in a row, each with a stunning design and luxurious amenities. The villa is fully equipped for everyday life and carefree vacations. With four ensuite bedrooms, it can accommodate eight guests.

The villa is divided into three floors. In the basement, you will be stunned by the spacious, professionally equipped gym with an LCD TV, a relaxing sauna with a shower, an additional toilet, and a laundry room.

You will reach the first floor of the villa through the modern staircase with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining area extending to the cozy living room with sofas and an LCD TV. The design is contemporary and minimalistic, with eye-catching details. Stepping outside to the sunny terrace, a large heated swimming pool with a beautiful view, comfy sunbeds, and an outdoor shower will make you want to stay and enjoy the serenity forever. The lounge area is next to the pool, perfect for enjoying your afternoon coffee in the shade. An alfresco dining area with a barbecue allows your family and friends to get together and enjoy tasty Mediterranean food. A lovely playground is ideal for entertaining the youngest while you enjoy the pool and the sun.

The first floor of Villa Marina Ruby features four spacious en-suite bedrooms with an LCD TV and a balcony with a view of the Adriatic Sea and the quiet bay nearby.

With private parking, Wi-Fi, and all the amenities inside, you will have the best villa vacation in complete privacy. For larger groups, the villa can be rented with Villa Marina Aqua and Villa Marina Shine, right next to Villa Marina Ruby.
