Villa Blaze Trogir

Villa Blaze Trogir is a brand-new, modern villa located in the historic Mediterranean town of Trogir, near Split. This lovely vacation home is a perfect blend of cozy and contemporary, featuring an attractive design that provides ultimate comfort and peace.

Villa Blaze Trogir is a two-story luxury villa that extends over 200 square meters. The estate abounds with four modern bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a lovely dining area. It can accommodate eight adults and two children up to 12 years old on additional beds (charged an additional 25€/day/guest).

The ground floor features a bright and spacious living room that is both comfortable and practical, complete with a large TV, allowing you to relax completely and enjoy your favorite series or take in the lovely pool view. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area is seamlessly integrated with the rest of the space, designed ideally for enjoying your delicious meals. There is also a guest toilet on this floor.

The ground floor features an open-concept design, which directly leads to the refreshing pool. Except for the heated pool, there is also an outdoor shower with luxurious sunbeds, allowing you to enjoy the warm Dalmatian sun.

The swimming pool is 55 square meters in size (18x3m), and the swimming area is 1.55 meters deep. There is also a children's part of the pool.

Internal and external stairs lead to the first floor. This floor consists of four modern bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, wardrobes, and TVs. The fourth room features a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a dressing room, and a TV. All rooms are very bright and practical. On guests' request, by adding three extra beds, this luxurious villa can accommodate three additional children.

A lovely feature of the villa is the large terrace with a mesmerizing view of the city of Trogir at the top of the estate. This beautiful terrace features a comfortable seating area, perfect for taking in the mesmerizing view of the picturesque town of Trogir.

The villa is fully equipped, air-conditioned, and offers free Wi-Fi connection. Villa Blaze Trogir will provide you with complete privacy and a relaxing vacation filled with luxury, leaving you with incredible memories of Trogir, Croatia.
