Villa White Zaton

Villa White Zaton is a charming holiday house situated in a small historic village called Zaton. Zaton is placed in a well-protected bay, only 8 km north of Dubrovnik. This beautiful resort has been a place for vacation since the 15th century. Numerous shops, a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, cafe bars, a post office, and a short walking distance to the sea are all you need for an ideal vacation. Only 150 meters from the pebble beach, this newly renovated villa encircled with stone walls ensures complete privacy.

This magnificent old stone house is placed on an imposing property of 680 square meters, surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and with an appealing outdoor swimming pool (40m²) overlooking the sea and the bay. Four garden terraces with olive trees surround the villa on three sides. This large stone villa with a pool near Dubrovnik has a built-in BBQ area and outdoor summer kitchen which allows preparing meals in a much easier way.

Villa White Zaton covers an area of 458 square meters, spreads over four levels, and has 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, an outdoor pool, and a large Mediterranean garden. It is suitable accommodation for 17+2 guests.

The ground floor features 2 separate areas. In one area there is an apartment with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a shower and massage bathtub. In another area, you will find a gym with equipment for exercise, a billiard table, one double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a massage bathtub. This floor has direct access to the swimming pool and paved terrace with sundecks.

The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, and charming dining room. The living room is broad, with leather sofas, SAT-TV, and eye-catching paintings and it is connected to the dining room through sliding doors. The dining area is elegant with arc windows overlooking the sea and mountains. This floor has two bedrooms with double beds, and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

On the second floor of the villa, there are three more bedrooms with terraces, sitting furniture, and a breathtaking view of the bay and surrounding scenery. Two bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and the third one is equipped with twin beds with an en-suite bathroom.

The third, top floor features two more bedrooms, one with a double and one single bed, and another room is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with massage bathtubs.

Each room in the villa is spacious, stylishly decorated, air-conditioned, and equipped with SAT TV.
