Villa Belmare 2 is situated on a 500-square-meter plot, featuring 370 square meters of interior space spread over four floors. This Korcula villa offers accommodation for eight guests in four bedrooms.

The basement of the villa is reserved for a private garage for two cars.

In the lower ground floor, you will enjoy the private gym and wellness area featuring a Finnish sauna, bathroom, laundry, and utility room. A unique design element allows you to enjoy a view into the infinity pool directly from the wellness zone.

A luxurious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace offering panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding landscape is located on the top floor of Villa Belmare 2.
