Villa Sea Breeze provides a luxurious vacation on the island's south side in a prime location. The interior is stylish, colorful, and full of sunlight. Spread over 350 square meters, it boasts a spacious living and dining area on the ground floor. The open-plan space extends to the outdoor lounge area and a magnificent terrace with a salt-water heatable infinity pool. The deck is the true serenity oasis, with sunbeds facing the sea and beautiful scents from the surrounding garden. You can enjoy most of the day here, completely relaxed, away from noise and rush. The ground floor features one double bedroom with a private bathroom and a storage room.

On the first floor of the villa, there are three double bedrooms with bathrooms, and LCD TVs, each facing the sea and offering beautiful views of the Adriatic.

An additional, smaller house on the property offers one more double bedroom with a bunk bed, a private bathroom, and a tasteful design as the main house. You will exit directly to the summer kitchen with an alfresco dining area and barbecue from this house.

Villa Sea Breeze offers luxury accommodation for ten guests. It is ideal for a family vacation with kids or friends who want to spend their vacation together in complete privacy while enjoying the sun and sea benefits. If you arrive with your own, smaller boat, you can use the mooring in front of the house. There is table tennis, a swing, a trampoline, and for indoor relaxation - Netflix for the youngest guests.

You can explore the beauty of Vis using a private boat tour, visiting some of the island's most famous sights such as Stiniva beach, Blue and Green Caves on Bisevo, Budikovac Blue Lagoon, and the military tunnels, amongst other attractions.
