Seafront Villa Magnifica Vis is a charming holiday house perfect for a serene island vacation under the warm summer sun. Located ideally to provide absolute leisure and offer many benefits of the sea and sun, this villa accommodates 18 guests.

This beautiful villa spreads over 540 square meters of lovely interior space and 310 square meters of terraces with an enchanting sea view. The terrace extends into the sea, allows direct entrance through the stairs, and offers private mooring for up to two yachts.

Villa Magnifica Vis consists of four modern and fully equipped apartments featuring nine bedrooms in total. The largest apartment is set on the ground and the villa's first floor. It spreads over 300 square meters. This apartment has four bedrooms with an LCD TV, four bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room, and it's fully air-conditioned. A beautiful sea view terrace expands to 225 square meters with direct access to the sea.

On the second floor, there are two apartments. One apartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, a modern kitchen and dining area with SAT-TV, and a large terrace facing the sea. The second apartment has one bedroom with a bathroom, a dining area with a kitchen, and a sea-view terrace.

The penthouse apartment is on the top floor of Villa Magnifica Vis. This lovely apartment comprises two bedrooms with an amazing view and two bathrooms. A terrace with a breathtaking sea view is a special addition to this apartment as well. A fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living area with sofas, SAT-TV, and dining room are also part of this apartment.
