Wonderful on the outside and the most welcoming inside, Villa Panorama Hvar is a perfect luxury vacation villa for up to 16 guests, with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Five bedrooms offer double beds, while two recently added bedrooms offer triple beds each.

The villa is a perfect spot for a family or group of friends to vacation or the wonderful host to venues such as weddings, birthday celebrations, or corporate events in complete privacy.

Whether lounging on the spacious porch, enjoying a swim in the private pool, or cooking up an island barbecue, you'll be surrounded by a million-dollar view that's like sitting in the first row of a private cinema with a widescreen view of the ocean, the islands, and Hvar's famous sunsets. In addition to all of this comfort and luxury, the villa is completely energy self-sufficient with its solar collector and windmill that create energy from the sun that shines 2718 hours per year and the prevailing winds.

The spacious 200 square meters terrace provides the most amazing and magical view of the islands of Vis, Šolta, Brač, and mainland Split. In front of the shaded lounge area, there is a 77 square meter swimming pool. There is also a large barbecue area on the terrace and a more intimate, closed, and air-conditioned dining area with a large wooden table and a summer kitchen. The terrace is equipped with a large dining table, garden furniture, and sunbeds.

The interiors of the panoramic sea view luxury pool villa in Hvar are beautifully and elegantly designed with quality materials in soothing colors. A spacious living room opening to the covered terrace and dining area full of natural light, with a fully equipped kitchen and stocked mini-bar, is set on the villa's ground floor. The living area also features a large sofa and armchairs around a stone fireplace and a widescreen LCD TV. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, and SAT TV is set on the ground floor.

The first floor of Villa Panorama Hvar offers four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The two recently added bedrooms are in the separate stone house by the pool. One bedroom has a double bed and a separate sofa, while the second bedroom has two single beds and a sofa bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen SAT TV, and heating.

Two private garages are available for the guests and are suitable for three cars.
