Villa Rustica Hvar

This rustic villa on Hvar Island with a pool in complete privacy is a one-of-a-kind villa in an ideal location between Stari Grad and Vrboska, and only 800 meters from the sea. Here, you will find the perfect balance of serenity and adventure. Villa Rustica Hvar is entirely isolated, which means no neighbors nearby and no noise of any kind. On the other hand, it only takes a few minutes by car to get to Hvar town.

This villa is self-sustainable and environmentally friendly. With strategically placed windows, it will catch and absorb abundant daylight so you can enjoy the sun's warmth all day long. This beautiful villa spans 8500 square meters and is surrounded by Mediterranean herbs, olive trees, and various fruit and vegetable trees.

Villa Rustica Hvar consists of two separate houses—the central house, with the basement, ground floor, and first floor, and the attic. There is a small boiler room in the basement, covering 10 square meters. The rest of the basement, covering 40 square meters, serves as a wine cellar, stocked with wine, prosciutto, and olive oil.

The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the green cabinets emphasize the rustic style, which is this fantastic villa's main characteristic. The dining table seats 14, and the living room features a fireplace and a direct exit to the terrace. There are also two en suite bedrooms and one guest toilet on this floor.

The first-floor attic features two bedrooms, each with a bathroom: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Every room is spacious and perfectly combines wood and brick. The exposed wood beams on the ceiling instantly make every bedroom feel extra cozy, warm, and inviting.

The second house consists of three stone houses in the block. First, a smaller house features a large antique stone fireplace, an old stone wood-burning stove, a summer kitchen, and a dining table for up to 10 people. This house is perfect for entertaining; everyone can gather around the barbecue grill and socialize as dinner is prepared. The second middle house is a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing board. This house has a bathroom with a shower, while the attic is intended to accommodate the staff. The third house has one large bedroom with a bathroom.

Villa Rustica Hvar offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms, accommodating 12 (10+2) guests.

An outdoor swimming pool of 28 square meters and 1.5 m in depth, with additional heating, is the center of this imposing property. Stone terraces and greenery surround the pool. Just a few steps away, you will find beautiful gardens at guests' disposal to taste seasonal fruit and vegetables. Furthermore, a welcome lunch for the guests is included in the price, and private parking is available. Guests also have 10 brand-new bikes to explore the area (paid extra: 10 euros/day/bike).

Pool heating is charged extra, 20 Euros per day.

Weddings & Events at Villa Rustica Hvar

* Weddings can be hosted at the villa; the additional fee is 1,500 Eur (additional cleaning included in the price, the event is held outside the property, and the facilities can be used only by guests staying in the villa). Up to 45 people are included in the price; each additional person is charged 10 euros.

* Events are allowed for a maximum of 80 people.

* A villa staff member attends the event in case there is a problem that the guests cannot solve.
