This luxury secluded villa offers a stunning combination of tradition, nature, and luxury, set on the private property of 100000 square meters on the beautiful island of Hvar.

Built in 2014 on a large property, Villa Emily Hvar is a mixture of modern and Mediterranean features presenting the original exterior architectural solutions, natural beauty, and local tradition. The peaceful area of the villa's surroundings is unique and offers an unforgettable vacation experience.

Villa Emily Hvar is located in the central, rural part of the island, on the hill above the magical bay of Pokrivenik, only 30 minutes away from Hvar's town.

All the main areas are set on the ground floor and partly in the basement. The ground floor comprises a large, open-plan living area with a dining room and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and highchair). The living area is modernly furnished and features a fireplace. This area offers direct access to the surrounding terraces and is perfectly blended with the exterior. Three double bedrooms are also set on the ground floor, one with an en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have a direct exit to the pool terrace.

The internal staircase descends to the villa's basement with a separate dining room and a small wine cellar. One large bedroom with a private bathroom is in the villa's basement.

Besides the modern kitchen, there is a specially designed pergola with a large built-in barbecue, outdoor mini-bar, loungers, and alfresco dining on the terrace. A large sun deck with a swimming pool and an outdoor shower is the most relaxing area, set in front of the pergola. This area is ideal for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful colors of the sunset and the magical surroundings.

Next to the main villa, there is a separate studio apartment with a private kitchen and a toilet.

Villa Emily Hvar also features a fully equipped gym, sauna, whirlpool, and massage table. A special feature is definitely a private tennis court connected to the villa's residential part through stone-plated walkways. The Tennis court is equipped with reflectors, so it is available day and night. There is also a bocce court.

Villa Emily Hvar is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern video surveillance and alarm system, providing additional safety to its guests, and a system of electronic locks for easier access. It provides comfortable accommodation for 10 + 2 guests (children under 12).
