It has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a light and spacious living room, an outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue area, a lounge area, and a well-maintained garden.

Three bedrooms with private bathrooms are located in the main villa. The other two en-suite bedrooms are in the guest house.
