The summer kitchen is covered and provides natural shade for a more comfortable cooking and dining experience during the sweltering days of summer. There is also a table tennis set up in the garden if you are up for some family sport.

This modern villa has one of the most popular layouts - open plan kitchen - dining - living space. This layout enhances the feeling of light and space while sliding glass doors provide far-reaching views without compromising privacy. Designed in earth tone with wooden furniture and wooden exposed beams Villa Vineyard offers a serene and restful feeling. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and the living room provides true relaxation with a comfortable sofa and SAT TV.

Six beautifully appointed bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning system, satellite TV, and fast-speed internet.

At an additional cost, a variety of services can be arranged: housekeeping, gardener, personal chef, massage therapist, personal trainer, and yoga trainer.

Airport transfers, excursions, boat tours, truffle hunting, olive oil and wineries tours, restaurant reservations, and any other service can be organized to make your holiday memorable!

We did not expect this fantastic villa as already shown very nice on the internet. Everything is new, comfortable, exquisite. Enough space for everyone, good beds, linen, towels, beach towels. Perfect kitchen equipment, laundry, trash. Somebody really put his brain on the whole amenities. You just realize how happy it makes you if there is nothing to care about and everything in the villa and its surrounding welcomes and heals you from daily sorrow. We had a fantastic 360 view with breathtaking sunsets and a spectacular sunrise. We could walk through lovely nature with sheep and lots of smelling herbs to a great restaurant, to a little cheese factory and a wonderful winery. To the beautiful picturesque villages Umag, Novigrad, Porec it is not far to enjoy a nice dinner at the sea, find great places for kids and nice beaches. At all it was a fantastic unforgettable holiday for us, we will come back as soon as our time table allows us and will show this villa to our friends. Thanks a lot to Petra who cared perfectly for us and Lorena who managed the rest.

I would like to highly recommend!!!! Villa is beautiful! Swimming pool and Jacuzzi were simply perfect. Brilliant service! Zdravka and Lorena were very kind and helpful. They made the most delicious birthday cake for my boyfriend I have ever tried! Thank you very much!!!! All the best for you.
