This villa is one of the three exclusive high-end properties in a stunning location, only a few kilometers away from Rogoznica town. Villa Venus is perfect for ten guests in five bedrooms, whether it is a group of friends getting together or families vacationing in this charming part of Dalmatia. With its luxury amenities and stylish details, this estate will impress you at first sight, immediately upon entering the ground floor area. On this floor, you will find a modern, well-equipped kitchen and living area with a fireplace and one of the ensuite bedrooms with a private exit to the pool terrace. A guest's toilet and a laundry room are also on this floor. On the first floor gallery, there are four more bedrooms, each facing the sea and offering fantastic views.
The basement of Villa Venus offers a private gym, sauna, and a table football.
The infinity swimming pool is 40 square meters big, with saltwater and hydromassage jets, and creates a harmonious connection with the sea in front. The pool terrace has a lovely lounge for lazing in the sun, an outdoor dining space with a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. This space will most definitely be the one you will be spending most of your time in while staying in the villa.
