Villa Eloise 7 is part of an impressive luxury villa complex that consists of seven magnificent buildings. It is located only 2 km from the charming town of Primosten and only 60 meters away from the sea and the private beach. Primosten is the most beautiful Adriatic pearl, hidden among the trees and surrounded by the transparent blue sea. Villa Eloise 7 is located in the third row of the sea and comprises a surface area of 300 square meters. It consists of two floors and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 guest toilet, an outdoor pool, and a sauna with a shower, and can accommodate 8 people.

The ground floor of Villa Eloise 7 offers a fully equipped kitchen and charming dining room with an eye-catching dining table and an open-plan living area with a flat-screen TV. The modern design of the spacious living room offers a surprisingly warm feeling of home away from home. Right next to this living area is a sauna with a shower and a beautiful partly-covered swimming pool with deck chairs. This area is perfect for relaxation and enjoying an afternoon siesta.

The first floor consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, en suite bathrooms, and LCD TVs. The front side of Villa Eloise 7 features panoramic windows that provide an abundance of light and warmth.

Villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi Internet access and a video intercom. There is also private parking for two cars at guests' disposal.
