This luxury villa in Dubrovnik was built in 1938 and is a historic house that combines functionality and space with exceptional art in its impressive interiors. The design elements and paintings in the villa are by renowned designers and artists.

This spacious villa is spread over three floors and an attic, comprising five modern en suite bedrooms and offering accommodation for 12 guests: 8 in 4 double bedrooms, 2 in the twin bedroom, and two on an additional king-size bed (in the lounge room on the 1st floor).

The villa's ground floor features a large, fully-equipped professional kitchen, a colorful dining area, and a living area. One bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom is on this floor, along with an additional guest toilet.

Outside the villa, there is an amazing south-facing terrace with stunning views of the sea and the city of Dubrovnik. The sunny terrace features a freshwater swimming pool, a private garden, a Jacuzzi, a teak dining table, and lounge chairs. This is an ideal spot to sit and relax while enjoying the beautiful view and quiet surroundings.

The villa's first floor features a suite with a spacious salon/living room opening onto the terrace, offering a fantastic view, even from the hot tub on the balcony. In the living room, there is a king-sized bed. There is a charming dining room and one sea-view double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, following the living area. One additional bathroom has also found its place here. The ground and first floors are connected through an internal and external staircase.

The second floor of Villa Stone Dubrovnik comprises two luxury suites. The first suite is dominated by the light and airy bedroom, opening onto a walk-in sea-view balcony. There is a turquoise mosaic-tiled en suite bathroom behind a sanded-glass wall, featuring a luxurious bathtub and a shower. The second suite consists of a sea-view double bedroom with an en suite luxurious bathroom, a sauna with shower room, and a well-appointed mirror room with bath, connected to the attic via the spiral staircase.

The villa's attic comprises a modern, white, spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, an en suite shower bathroom, and a reading room with a small library, perfect for quiet time indoors and enjoying a good book.
