There is one double ensuite bedroom on the lower ground floor as well as a lovely living room with home cinema features, a billiard table, and a kitchenette with a dining area.

The ground floor comprises a beautiful living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, perfect for enjoying a traditional Dalmatian meal together. You will experience a wonderful homely feel in this lavishly decorated interior. From the kitchen, you can enter the outdoor barbecue area. The beautiful terrace is only a few steps away and here you can spend your time lazing in the sun, swimming in the heated pool, or relaxing in the shade of the cozy lounge area.

The first floor features one ensuite bedroom and two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All three rooms are air-conditioned and have an exit to the balcony with a lovely view of the garden and the pool.

The second floor has a spacious, king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, and a beautiful terrace with a view of the sea and the islands in front of Split.
