Villa Sea Residence is a unique vacation villa set in the elite neighborhood of Lozica, in a very peaceful location and only 10 minutes away from Dubrovnik's bustle. Its perfect position makes it convenient for discovering the beauty of the surrounding Elaphites, Peljesac, Mljet, and Korcula and the private mooring in front of the villa offers a possibility to explore it with a yacht.

The interiors of Villa Sea Residence enjoy plenty of daylight thanks to the large windows and refined use of white throughout the villa. Sophisticated materials and details, such as Swarovski chandeliers, Persian rugs, marble flooring, famous art, and sculptures contribute to its luxurious, yet welcoming atmosphere.

Upon entrance to the villa from the parking area, there is an elegant, open-concept foyer that spreads on two levels. The office area with enchanting sea views is only a few steps elevated from the foyer and next to it, there is a well-equipped fitness room to help you stay active during your holiday. The lower level comprises a chic living room with a 60'' TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a custom-made table for 12. Exiting from the dining area, spacious terraces with designer furniture, an infinity swimming pool, and an outdoor dining area on the adjacent shaded terrace offer complete relaxation and stunning views of the shimmering Adriatic sea.

Villa Sea Residence features 5 luxurious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, accommodating 10 guests in bedrooms and 1 additional guest on a pull-out sofa (1 adult or 2 kids below 7 years old). Three bedrooms are positioned on the west side and two, separate guest units are on the east.

The spacious and elegant deluxe bedroom next door also enjoys this privileged view from its Jacuzzi while the bedroom on the lower level offers beautiful sights from its two terraces, shaded and sunny. A large infinity swimming pool with an outdoor lounge and terraces overlooking the sea and a stone staircase leading to the sea and the pier is special highlights that add up to the feeling of true privacy. Boats up to 15 meters can access here and there is a boat dock available for the villa's guests.
