This stunning Dubrovnik villa with pool will leave you breathless as soon as you step onto its terrace. Being just a 10-minute drive from Dubrovnik Old Town, the villa is ideally located to explore this incredible area while also enjoying a private, serene vacation.

Located in an elevated position, surrounded by olive trees and a well-maintained garden, the villa offers an unforgettable view of the Adriatic Sea and the lovely Islands of Kolocep and Lopud. The spacious terrace features a heated infinity swimming pool with a UV system, an alfresco dining area with a barbecue, and a summer kitchen. This area is perfect for your summer relaxation, exhaling stress and inhaling only tranquility under the warm Croatian sun.

Villa Orion Dubrovnik is spread over three floors and between two wings connected with a short, covered aisle. In the left wing of the building, you will find a chic and light living area with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The space is very open and oozes comfort with lovely colors combined in perfect harmony. From here, you have direct access to the terrace. Two double en-suite bedrooms are set on the first floor.

In the right wing, the ground floor comprises a large tavern with an exit to the pool terrace, ideal for preparing delicious meals and enjoying them with your family and friends. Up on the first floor, there are two more en-suite bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. The second floor features two more bedrooms, so in total, Villa Orion, Dubrovnik can accommodate 12 guests.

All the bedrooms are equipped with an LCD TV and a safe and feature a lovely sea view.

The villa also has fitness equipment perfect for the active vacation, and private parking. It is fully equipped for a carefree vacation in total privacy, not far from Dubrovnik. The local concierge team will make your stay even more comfortable by arranging all the extra services you might need during your vacation.

Pool heating is included in July & August - in other months, it is charged extra (50 EUROS per day).
