Connected to it is another apartment, consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, a spacious living room with a sofa, and a dining area with a kitchenette opening to a beautiful, private terrace. One level up is a modern meeting room equipped with a screen and projector.
The villa's following level comprises a fantastic pool area with sunbeds next to and above the pool. Right next to the pool is a beautiful garden with homegrown vegetables and a bocce field.
The property's top level features a fully equipped professional kitchen and a barbecue area on the residential building's left side, offering guests the perfect opportunity to taste and enjoy local cuisine.
