Luxury Villa Marina Aqua is a modern, brand-new private villa located only 150 meters from the beach and just 300 meters from the center. This stunning vacation villa is set in Marina, a picturesque town known for its lovely beaches, traditional restaurants, various shops, and a marina for boats. A good transport connection and proximity to the ancient cities of Trogir, Split, and Šibenik offer the possibility to quickly reach any of them and enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO’s cities.
Villa Marina Aqua is a stunning vacation home-away-from-home spread on 400 square meters of interior and over 800 meters of the entire property. The villa features four modern en-suite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, a gym, and a sauna, and it can host 8 guests. All floors are connected by an internal staircase.
The basement comprises a large gym area and a sauna with an additional toilet, shower, and laundry room.
The ground floor features a spacious living room with an LCD TV and a relaxing sofa, while large glass windows offer an open view of the pool terrace and the lovely surroundings. The open space, connected to the living room, has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area.
A large heated infinity pool and spacious lounge area with a dining table for 8 and barbecue facilities on the sun-kissed terrace are the central places to spend your mornings and evenings enjoying the stunning sea view and the refreshing sea breeze. There are an outdoor shower and sunbeds around the pool.
On the villa's first floor, you will be stunned by large modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have twin beds that can be converted to double if needed, while two other rooms feature double beds.
Villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi and private parking. For larger groups, the villa can be rented with Villa Marina Shine and Villa Marina Ruby, right next to Villa Marina Aqua.

Fine and proactive communication around booking, fantastic house with even better views, hostess Ana who completely relieves you of boat rental, taxi, and all kinds of tips. A great introduction for the first time in Croatia to all of us. P.S. The distances in terms of walking to the beach, restaurants, and supermarket are a bit further but still walkable.

Villa Marina Aqua was beautiful, spotless, and every little detail was thought of. Zdravka was very professional and made our booking and dealings effortless. We had a wonderful time, and Aida was very helpful with recommendations and looking after us, and welcoming us to the villa. We would highly recommend booking through Zdravka, and the villa was just amazing!!
