Villa Luminous Dubrovnik is a three-story luxury villa that extends to 300 meters of the interior. This beautiful villa abounds with multiple terraces, a large heated pool, a beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for enjoying delicious meals combined with an unforgettable view. Five royal king-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms can accommodate up to ten people and offer an exclusive experience of Dubrovnik. You can feel completely free and relaxed because the villa is hidden away from curious eyes.

A stone archway leads into an open-air living area with a stunning view and a dining table for ten. Entering the villa's ground floor, you will be amazed by the spacious main living room with a comfortable dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with the main terrace. This open-concept living room is very bright and comfortable, perfect for indoor relaxation.

The first floor has three king-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and beautiful view of Old Town and the shimmering sea.

Two remaining king-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with large bathtubs and walk-in closets are located on the second floor.
