This magnificent pool villa on the beach, Korcula Island, is a brand new private vacation villa in a peaceful bay on Korcula's magical island. It is a waterfront property, so you can enjoy the crystal clear sea only a few steps away. Korcula Town is just a 5-minute drive away from the villa.

Villa Korcula Hideaway exudes quality and style and features four luxuriously furnished, air-conditioned bedrooms, and it is perfect for 8 guests. There are four bathrooms in the villa with underfloor heating and two additional toilets.

The villa is spread over three floors: the ground floor, middle floor, and top floor. The ground floor comprises two modern en suite bedrooms with astonishing sea views, a large, private wine cellar, a relaxing cinema room, and a guest toilet. You will enter the upper floor from this area through the indoor staircase.

You are met with light and spacious open-plan living on the middle floor. A modern living room offers many places to relax, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table in the corner is ideal for enjoying a home-cooked meal with your family and friends. This area is connected by a beautiful covered terrace with a pool and sea views.

Upstairs on the top floor, there's a master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one more double bedroom; on this floor, there is an office space with a sofa as well. These two rooms share a bathroom on this floor.

The central relaxation spot is most definitely the terrace with a heated infinity swimming pool (30 m²) and the lounge area, surrounded by a designer landscaped garden. A hot shower and an outdoor toilet are set next to the pool. There is a cushioned seating area around a fire pit and a built-in barbecue next to it, with a large dining area in the lower part of the garden perfect for an alfresco meal. A few steps down on the beach are the sunbeds and a private jetty, ideal for the guests arriving with their boat.

An exercise room is available for an active vacation, and four bikes, two kayaks, and two paddleboards are available for the guests.
