Villa Island

The lovely Villa Island is located in the beautiful Mediterranean village of Humac, only 30 minutes from the town of Hvar. This charming village is in the Register of Cultural Monuments thanks to its well-preserved rural architecture. Surrounded by cypress trees, lavender, rosemary, and sage, this lovely villa dates back to the beginning of the 20th century and has recently been completely renovated, keeping the authentic style. The total plot area extends over 30000 square meters and is ideal for long romantic walks. Apart from natural beauty, this enclosed plot offers recreational activities such as basketball, tennis court, and bocce field. Only a few steps from the villa, you will find a beautiful infinity swimming pool overlooking the surrounding towns, coves, the island of Brac, and the Makarska coast. This rustic stone villa, built from Hvar grey stone, consists of three houses situated a few meters apart and connected by a path. The house's interior is in the same rustic tone as the exterior. Stone walls and exposed wooden beams are the main features of this remarkable villa. The living room is spacious, equipped with SAT-TV, comfortable sofas, and an authentic fireplace. A large glass wall also allows an abundance of natural light to enter and encourages you to savor the surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen and living room are connected in an area of 70 square meters.

Two rooms are located on the first floor of 35 square meters, while the other two are in separate houses. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a majestic sea or park view.
