The ground floor features an open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen, connected with a built-in fireplace. Sliding patio doors lead directly to the terrace with the pool and bring in an abundance of natural light.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, and the dining table can comfortably seat up to 14 guests. The living area is modern and features a white leather sofa, fireplace, and LCD Smart Satellite TV with Android options for gaming. On this floor, you will also find a children's playroom with board games and Nintendo Wii, a game room with a billiard table and electronic darts, a fitness room, a sauna, and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, washing machine, and a dryer. One bedroom is located on this floor while the other four are on the upper floor. The bedroom on this floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, twin sinks, and opening glass walls that lead to the external areas.

The first floor consists of four bedrooms. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and double beds.

Two of the bedrooms have an additional single bed.
