Luxury villa with a pool and stunning views in Dubrovnik is a lovely high-end villa designed for your utmost comfort and complete relaxation in a luxurious setting. Located in an ideal position within 100 meters of the Old town of Dubrovnik and a few minutes from the famous Banje beach, it provides a striking panorama of Dubrovnik's walls and the Adriatic sea.

Dubrovnik is a unique and beautiful historical city, usually referred to as the Pearl of the Adriatic. Being a part of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites, it's definitely worth visiting. The city walls, dating from the 16th century, are the town's pride, and just outside of these walls, with an open view of their greatness, is where Villa Dubrovnik Splendor has found its place.

Villa is spread over four levels and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen with barbecue, a swimming pool with sundeck, and stunning terraces with a view of the city walls and the mesmerizing sea. It is ideal for hosting eight guests.

There is an annex apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it can be rented together with the villa, so it can accommodate up to 12 guests (please contact us for price). The apartment can be accessed from the villa's terrace.

The spacious terrace features a beautiful and sunny area with a refreshing swimming pool, sundeck, and outdoor shower surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. For an alfresco dinner, there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue available. From the terrace, guests can enter the wine cellar in the basement.

The villa's ground floor comprises an open space living room with modern sofas, LCD TV, and fireplace, making this area super comfortable. A fully equipped modern kitchen and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom are also on this floor.

There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, each with an en suite bathroom and a lovely city and sea view.

The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet is located in the attic of Villa Dubrovnik Splendor. It features a balcony with a fantastic view of the Dubrovnik walls and the Adriatic sea.

Parking is available in a public garage 50 meters from the villa and it's not included in the villa's price. Villa is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi, and is fully equipped.
