Villa is spread over four levels and features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a summer kitchen with barbecue, a swimming pool with sundeck, and stunning terraces with a view of the city walls and the mesmerizing sea. It is ideal for hosting 8 guests.

The spacious terrace features a beautiful and sunny area with a refreshing swimming pool, sundeck, and outdoor shower surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. For an alfresco dinner, there is a summer kitchen with a barbecue available. From the terrace, guests can enter the wine cellar in the basement.

The villa's ground floor comprises an open space living room with modern sofas, LCD TV, and fireplace, making this area super comfortable. A fully equipped modern kitchen and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom are also on this floor.

There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, each with an en suite bathroom and a lovely city and sea view.

The master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet is located in the attic of Villa Dubrovnik Splendor. It features a balcony with a fantastic view of the Dubrovnik walls and the Adriatic sea.

Parking is available in a public garage 50 meters from the villa and it's not included in the villa's price. Villa is fully air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi, and is fully equipped.
