Villa features 5 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, a bocce court, badminton, and a basketball court and can accommodate 10 guests.

The ground floor of the villa comprises a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a beautiful living room, and one bedroom with a bathroom. On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped utility kitchen, and a large terrace with a stunning view of the garden.

Outside in the courtyard, you can enjoy the pool and the Jacuzzi as well as the outdoor dining area with barbecue facilities. The position of the pool and the Jacuzzi ensure complete privacy.

Villa is located 5 km east of the historical town of Dubrovnik and 800 meters from the beach.
