The interior of Villa Dorothea Hvar is wonderfully unique, with soothing colors that complement one another, creating an open, spacious feel and fantastic views of Palmizana and the Adriatic Sea in the distance.
The property covers 600 square meters, with 500 square meters of interior space. It is divided into four levels: the ground and first floors, and a duplex penthouse accessible via the outdoor stairs.
The ground floor area comprises a lovely living space with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

On this floor, you will also find a massage studio, fitness room, laundry room, and an ensuite twin bedroom. One extra bathroom is also on this level.

Equally spacious on the outside, the villa features a large terrace with a heated swimming pool hidden entirely from curious spectators and offering utmost privacy. An outdoor shower and lounge seating are also set on the terrace.

You can spend sunny mornings lazing on the sunbeds or escape the summer heat in the natural shade. Enjoy traditional meals with your family and friends in an alfresco dining area, preparing a gourmet dinner on the barbecue.
On the first floor, there is one more kitchen and dining room, and two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. This floor also features a sea-view terrace and an extra toilet.

A luxurious duplex penthouse can be reached via the external stairs, fully equipped for everyday living and offering ample private space and coziness. With a terrace featuring a summer kitchen, an outdoor dining area, and a Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, this area is perfect for escaping to your private oasis. The penthouse has two double en-suites and one twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
