Zaton is a small coastal settlement just outside Dubrovnik, with lovely pebble beaches and Mediterranean surroundings, all set against beautiful scenery. It is ideal for a family and friends' getaway, far away from the big city noise and everyday stress. At the same time, it is very close to the Pearl of the Adriatic - Dubrovnik and the filming location for the world-famous Game of Thrones.
Villa Delight comprises five ensuite bedrooms, an infinity swimming pool, private sea access, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, a sauna, and an exceptional feature - an elevator connecting all three floors of the villa. This Dubrovnik villa is ideal for ten guests.
The main area of the villa is the open living area with endless sea views, connected to the kitchen and the terrace, flooded with natural light. The modern, fully equipped kitchen has all you require for a delicious gourmet meal.
You can enjoy sunbathing on the villa's terrace or swimming in the crystal clear sea just a few steps below the house, from the private beach with an accessible entrance. Besides the lovely infinity pool and the lounge, the terrace also offers an alfresco dining area with a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
All bedrooms provide complete relaxation with air-conditioning, SAT-TV, and a private bathroom. In four bedrooms, you can enjoy a soothing sea view from the large floor-to-ceiling windows.

Villa Delight is one of those rare finds where the location alone would be enough - the sea is literally steps from the terrace, with stunning sea views and tranquility, while Dubrovnik's Old Town is just 10 minutes away. The villa itself is stunning, with five bedrooms, an infinity pool, and a terrace perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean air. What truly made our stay unique was the exceptional service from our villa manager, who was attentive, warm, and seemed to anticipate our every need throughout our stay. Everything combined made the whole experience perfect! Villa Delight absolutely lives up to its name, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you!
