Villa Crystal Brac

WOW! Just WOW! This house is amazing! I We’ve been to some incredible places throughout the world and this is definitely at the top of our list. This house has a great floor plan and amenities that make you feel like a celebrity. Let’s start with the house. It is located on the island of Brac in a local place called Sutivan. The house has the master on the third floor with a huge private deck and bathroom. The second floor has 4 bedrooms with a private bathroom for each room. Two of the rooms face the sea and have small private balconies and there are 2 additional bedrooms on the back that face a garden and have a huge private terrace they share with doors from each room. The main floor has a large living space, dining, kitchen, office, and a game room. There are doors that open completely to access the amazing pool and in the back you have many sitting areas with a grill and other outdoor games. The basement features another master and a large workout room with a separate bathroom. The house has everything you need including bath towels, pool towels, pool floats, kitchen appliances, hair dryers, 6 bikes including a couple for kids, paddle boat, towel clips for chairs, etc. I am super picky about cleanliness and this house is CLEAN. The bonus is you have a daily housekeeper that comes and cleans up the place, can make beds, wash clothes or anything else you need. Our housekeeper was Ana and she was incredible. She came daily and asked what we needed but also kept a very low profile and was never in our way. In fact, some of us never even met her but woke up to everything being tidy and our clothes laundered. Ana can shop for your groceries and pretty much make anything happen. Another important contact for the house is Josip. He is hired to make anything you need happen during your stay. We called him to rent a guitar and it was there when we arrived. We called Josip to book taxis and they were there waiting on us when we arrived on the island. He arranged for massages at the house for all of us. Think of Josip as your personal house manager - he is there to help with all your questions and needs. He greets you upon arrival and is there to say goodbye when you leave. Josip is super professional and has a great attitude! He was always available and no matter what crazy question we asked or what we threw his way he made it happen! Side note- please remember to tip your daily housekeeper and house manager. They work incredibly hard and would appreciate a few hundred dollars:) The island itself is so wonderful. You can take the Sutivan ferry which runs twice per day and it takes you right to the port and you can get to the house by walking 15min. You can also take the ferry to Supetar which runs pretty much every hour and then a taxi to the house which taxes about 15min to drive. There are so many good restaurants on the island. We had sushi, steak, seafood, etc. There are coffee places, local shops for gifts and a little market. You can stay on this little island and never have to leave. All these are within walking distance which we enjoyed daily. If you rent a car or take a taxi, you can drive 15min to the large markets on island or to other little towns such as Bol. We enjoyed riding our bikes along the sea. There are a couple of spots for sea entry but you will need water shoes as there is no sand; the beaches and entry areas to the sea have rocks and they can hurt your feet without shoes. The water is very clear and just pleasant to swim. The house is great for adults that want to relax and sit by the pool overlooking the sea or can work for kids as well. We will definitely be back and bring our kiddos. If you are traveling to Croatia, I highly recommend this house! It has the best location and is very safe and boasts everything you need to make some great memories. I actually debated writing this review because I don't want it to completely sell out and be unavailable in the future:) The pictures just do not do it justice...
