This seafront luxurious villa with a pool in Sumartin, Brac, is a recently renovated private villa in the beautiful Puntinak region on the island of Brac. It is just minutes away from the fishing harbor of Sumartin and the picturesque village of Selca.

Villa Blanc Brac offers a panoramic view of the sea, Sumartin Bay, Biokovo Mountain, and Hvar's Island. A wonderful white stone terrace with a pool, sun loungers, a shaded dining terrace with barbecue facilities, and a path leading to the private stone plateau with sunbeds contribute to a carefree vacation that will make you forget all your worries.

Villa Blanc Brac features seven en suite double bedrooms, with individually controlled air-conditioning and underfloor heating. It is a perfect villa for families and groups of friends, accommodating 14 guests. The living and dining area, with seating for 12 guests, overlooks the pool and the sun terrace and benefits from glorious views of the sea. One bedroom is located on the ground level, two on the ground floor and mezzanine, and three on the villa's first floor.

The villa offers a true sense of the Mediterranean, surrounded by the scents of herbs and pine trees from its private garden.

The seafront luxurious villa with a pool in Sumartin, Brac, offers a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, and utensils, microwave, oven, hob, and refrigerator), SAT-TV, DVD, video library, Wi-Fi, ironing facilities, washing machine, and one additional guest toilet.

The daily service of a maid is included in the rental price, and there is a possibility of additional staff (at an additional charge) to make your stay completely carefree. Besides, your concierge is available during your stay to ensure you get the most out of your vacation; arrange for cultural visits to the ancient cities of Trogir and Split, or book a private boat tour for you, allowing you to discover the wonderful secluded bays and island restaurants.

Villa Blanc Brac is made entirely of the famous Brac white stone, which was extensively used in its construction. The property provides a full Mediterranean feel to its guests, who enjoy swimming, sunbathing, or dining on the villa's terrace.
