Villa Blue Mirca

Stone villa with pool, Brac Island is a traditional Dalmatian stone villa built in the 19th century and renovated into a three-bedroom villa with a pool suitable for up to 8 guests. The Villa offers the experience of a peaceful island village life, and at the same time, it is modernly equipped for a careless vacation. It is only 10 minutes walking distance from the sea and the beautiful beach.

Villa Blue Mirca is situated in the peaceful old center of Mirca, perfect for families looking for relaxation and a slowdown in an authentic island location.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and lounge on the villa's ground floor with wooden beams, a fireplace, and a TV set. There is also a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. Next to it is an additional toilet/guest cloakroom and a small laundry room with a washing machine. The Master bedroom is also set on the ground floor. The bedroom features a king-size double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower.

From the master bedroom, french doors lead out to a charming little terrace at the back of the house with a coffee table and a small garden with Mediterranean herbs and an old lemon tree.

A grand staircase leads to the first floor from the living room and a traditional stone staircase from the outside.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and a family bathroom with two washbasins and a bathtub. One more bathroom with a shower is next to the outside patio.

In front of Villa Blue Mirca is a heated swimming pool with a hydro-massage feature and an outside dining area with a barbecue, covered with the authentic stone roof, which is traditional in old Dalmatian rural architecture. Beside the pool is a wooden sundeck with six sun loungers and a small garden with an old olive tree.

A sundeck is perfectly positioned to capture the best sea and Dalmatian coast views around Split. Underneath, on the street level, is a fenced parking place.

* The swimming pool is heated from April 1st until the October 31st. The pool temperature is affected by weather conditions.
