The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. High ceilings, rich comforting textures, and a balanced color palette make this light-flooded living room the main social gathering space. The kitchen is fully equipped and its sleek lines and white handleless cupboards increase the feeling of spaciousness while black countertops infuse the kitchen with elegance and style.

Renovated in 2015 this magnificent villa has four bedrooms; one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. All bedrooms feature double beds, size 180 x 190 cm.

The top floor is separated into two wings: one bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet on one side and two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and one separate toilet on the other.

All three bathrooms have a shower, but only one has a toilet. Two bathrooms are en suite, one of which is connected to a bedroom on the ground floor, and the other one is connected to a bedroom on the first floor. One separate toilet is located on the ground floor and the other one is located on the first floor between two bedrooms.
