Villa Amy is a newly renovated original stone villa, built in 1857, situated in the peaceful village of Mocici in Cilipi - Konavle, one of the most beautiful parts of Dubrovnik Riviera. It is ideal for a comfortable and luxurious vacation without the hustle of everyday life. Villa Amy is surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Konavle, panoramic views of the sea, and a garden facing the south.

Set on three floors, with a total of 300 square meters of living space, 800 square meters of the surrounding area with a garden and 3 terraces, this stone villa with pool and Jacuzzi near Dubrovnik offers 5 bedrooms with bathrooms.

Villa Amy can accommodate 10 persons in 5 bedrooms, with 2 additional sofa beds available in 2 of the bedrooms.

The first floor of Villa Amy comprises a spacious living area, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, wine cellar, and entertainment room with billiards and darts. All bedrooms in the villa, including the living room, have a flat-screen TV villa is fully air-conditioned and offers a wireless internet connection. All windows have a thermal glass with mosquito nets.

The second floor features 3 bedrooms while the 2 master bedrooms are on the third floor. Guests can relax on the covered terrace on the first floor which offers a beautiful panoramic view.

In the garden of the villa, there is an additional small house with a Jacuzzi for 4 persons and a sauna. The outdoor swimming pool (45 square meters) with a shallow area, Jacuzzi, free bicycles, and a children's playground are additional features of Villa Amy. There is a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, dining, and lounge area, and an outdoor shower next to the pool. Pool heating is possible at an additional 40,00 Eur per day.

Together with Cavtat, Cilipi is the largest settlement in the Konavle area. In this area, there is also a beautiful village called Molunat which is one of the southernmost places of Croatia, near the border with Montenegro.

For those who want to explore the rich coast, there are several diving clubs in Cavtat. Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails with a length of 10 kilometers or more. Throughout the entire area are hiking trails that allow you to enjoy the untouched nature, but also to get to the unique beaches of Konavle rocks. Five kilometers away from Villa Amy is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic "Pasjaca" with a breathtaking, crystal clear sea. In the nearby village are a recreational trail ride, ATV safari, and adrenaline park. The whole area offers several good restaurants and coffee shops.
