The villa is spread over three floors, on a 500 square meters large property. Entering Villa Dream Pearl, on the top level you will find two king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and the master bedroom with a living area and ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom features an A/C, LCD TV, and stunning views of the Adriatic.

Going to the lower floor, a great light room opens in front of you. An immense, open-space living area and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area are full of natural light coming from the large floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the villa’s terrace. This area is perfect for the afternoon siesta when you want to hide from the summer sun.
Exiting from the living room, you will be stunned by the magnificent view of the endless Adriatic Sea in front of you. The terrace features a heated infinity swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, and an alfresco dining area with a barbecue make the perfect spot to try a traditionally prepared meal with your family and friends. There is a separate shower bathroom accessible from the terrace.

The lowest level features a large fitness room with professional exercising equipment, a sauna, and a wine room. This floor also features two more double ensuite bedrooms, with an LCD TV and a small terrace in front with a sea view.
