Villa Sea Breeze Orasac spreads over an imposing 300 square meters on three floors and offers seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, one guest toilet, and an outdoor pool, and can accommodate 13+1 guests.

This extraordinary villa's ground floor consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious dining area with a table for 10, and an expansive living room. The dining room is connected to the living area with a direct exit to the terrace through the patio doors. The covered terrace offers breathtaking views of the sea and the islands around. The living area is stylishly decorated with contemporary blue sofas, a fireplace, and an LCD TV. This floor also features one guest's bathroom.

From the living area, a staircase leads to the first floor, where five stylishly decorated bedrooms await. Three bedrooms feature a private en suite bathroom, queen-size beds, and large wardrobes. These three bedrooms have a direct exit to the terrace with garden furniture and a fantastic sea view. The other two bedrooms are smaller; one has a view of the garden with olive trees, and the other overlooks the swimming pool.

The penthouse suite on the second floor is an open space with a king-size bed, a living area with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table, and a large modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and a walk-in wardrobe closet. This area also features two balconies, one overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the pool terrace.

The terrace of this, one of the most beautiful Dubrovnik villas, features an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds around it overlooking the sea, making it an ideal place for refreshment on hot summer days. In the pool area, there is a spacious pergola, a rustic-covered pavilion with a summer kitchen and a fireplace/barbecue pit, and an outdoor dining area for 14 people.
