On over 1000 square meters of property with 700 square meters of the interior, Villa Rouge features five luxuriously furnished en-suite bedrooms, a swimming pool, a sauna, a private fitness room, and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Villa can accommodate 10 guests.

Two double en-suite bedrooms are located on the top level of the villa. The main entrance to Villa Rouge is from the level below, with two more bedrooms, one double and the other twin bedroom, each with private bathrooms. On the middle floor, you will find a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and luxurious dining area for 10. The living room exudes a warm homely feel with cozy sofas, LCD TV, and a fireplace, offering an exit to the sunny terrace. On this floor, a spacious master bedroom features an in-room Jacuzzi and a terrace with a sea view.

One floor below is the charming summer kitchenette extending to the terrace with a swimming pool with sun loungers and an alfresco dining area with a barbecue. This is most definitely the area where you will be spending your summer days, absorbing the beauty and the peace surrounding the villa. Just a few steps away is the private beach with your own sunbeds and full privacy. When you decide it's time to release the stress completely, you can use the wellness area with a Turkish bath and two showers.

And, last but not least is the 100 square meters big wine cellar a floor below and your private fitness room.

All the floors are connected with the inner staircase and each offers complete privacy.
