The four-story villa spans over 650 square meters and features an elevator for easy access to each level. The villa features a sauna, gym, wine cellar, and jacuzzi for guests to unwind and relax. The ground floor features a bright, open living space with floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary furnishings, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 18 guests, and a 300-square-meter terrace with a heated pool and sun loungers.

The upper floors feature ensuite bedrooms, a game room, fitness equipment, and balconies with views of the sea and magnificent sunsets. One of the bedrooms belongs to a separate apartment with a private entrance, private bathroom, and living room with a sofa bed, offering extra privacy.

The villa was outstanding and surpassed our expectations. With a large group of 17, the villa provided ample comfort, was well-equipped, and situated in an ideal location—secluded enough from Split and Dubrovnik to avoid feeling overwhelmed, yet conveniently accessible for activities in both cities. The chef's service was excellent, offering a diverse selection and accommodating our vegetarian members with appealing options. A variety of activities near the villa ensured entertainment for all. Zdravka and her team were incredibly attentive, promptly addressing any additional requests during our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this venue and Private Villas of Croatia.
