Tucked away in the former fishing village, this newly built villa is located 100 meters from the sea and two kilometers from the town center. Divided into two separate houses, it is ideal for the stay of two or three families or a large group of friends. Situated on a property of 1500 square meters, it features a large swimming pool and spacious terrace with an enchanting view.

Villa Primosten Joy spreads over 350 square meters and consists of residential and a smaller house next to it. It has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor dining, and lounge area, and it is a perfect villa for 15 guests.

The residential building has three suites and spreads over two floors. The first floor comprises two identical luxury apartments with separate entrances. Each apartment has its own modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining and living area. The living area is equipped with a leather sofa and LCD satellite TV, DVD, and CD devices. Each apartment has its own terrace linked to the living room with a sea view and two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The second floor features a luxury penthouse apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area with an eye-catching fireplace made of grey marble and a spacious terrace. There is also a separate section with three bedrooms. Two bathrooms are on this floor; one with a massage shower and the other with a Jacuzzi tub.

The smaller house by the swimming pool has a fully equipped luxury kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom with a massage shower. The dining room has an exit to the terrace and the pool with night illumination, a whirlpool, Roman steps, ladders, and an outdoor shower.

Villa Primosten Joy is fully air-conditioned and equipped with SAT LCD TV, DVD and CD player, Hi-Fi, and wireless Internet access. In front of the villa, there is a covered parking space for 4 cars.
