Spread over two floors, Villa Nautica comprises five en-suite bedrooms, each with a sea-view balcony, a private gym, a sauna, and a heated infinity swimming pool. One bathroom features a bathtub, while others have a walk-in shower.

It is a perfect vacation home for ten guests. In the three bedrooms, the beds can be separated into twin beds.

In the ground-floor open-space area, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glass walls that connect the indoor area with the outdoors. A fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining room, and a spacious living/lounge area with a fireplace, all in natural warm colors, make you feel at home. Stepping outside to the pool terrace, you can enjoy the panoramic views due to the elevated position of the property, swim in the heated infinity pool, or laze under the sun on one of the beautiful lounge beds on the terrace and enjoy your favorite cocktail. On the side of the terrace, you can enjoy Dalmatian delicacies in the alfresco dining area and prepare barbecue for your family and friends.

On the second floor, there are five modern en-suite bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, safes, and sea-view balconies. In the three bedrooms, there is a possibility of converting a double bed into a twin bed.
On this floor, there is also a lovely fitness room, ideal for staying active during your vacation, and a sauna for complete relaxation. All bedrooms combine contemporary design, luxury amenities, and full comfort, providing a fascinating view of the Adriatic Sea.
