The spacious villa is spread on two floors, offering accommodation for 10 guests in 5 contemporary en-suite bedrooms. The ground floor features a spa area with an indoor pool and a Jacuzzi, a sauna with a shower, and a gym. The central part has a large dining area, a fully-equipped professional kitchen with a bar, a living room with a TV and surround system, and a billiard room with a lounge area and TV. You can exit to the summer kitchen with barbecue and alfresco dining on the terrace with striking views of the sea from the living area.

The first floor comprises five luxurious bedrooms with private bathrooms, a TV, and air conditioning. Four bedrooms have double beds, while the fifth bedroom has twin beds that can be joined into double if required. All bedrooms feature terraces with amazing sea views.

Villa Majesty Vrsar features an equally gorgeous outdoor area as the interior of the villa. A large outdoor heated swimming pool with a shower is surrounded by a landscaped garden and deckchairs perfect for completely private lazing in the sun after an active day. A private beach below the villa can be reached through the stone stairway, which is made especially for the guests.

Villa Majesty Vrsar is located only 2 km from the town of Vrsar, just a few minutes away by car and has private parking. A small private airport is nearby, giving the guests option to arrive by private jet.
